This historical 1-bedroom studio cabin was built in the 1800’s out of American Chestnut wood (now extinct) and has been fully renovated and stylishly designed to be comfortable and modern, while still keeping the rustic feel! Just inside the front door is the gas fireplace and queen sized bed, as well as a full kitchen and streaming tv. Out on the patio, you’ll find a firepit, spacious deck,and gas grill. The perfect spot to take dinner back home or make it yourself and enjoy the mountain view over Bryson City!
Other Details to Note
The location to downtown is incredible. Though just a seconds to town, the cabin still feels secluded and private. Use the walking path to go straight into town to enjoy the breweries/taprooms, restaurants, shops, and cafes! *The cabin is a separate building on property with a larger stone home that is also available as a vacation rental. There is plenty of space between the two buildings to allow for privacy for all guests to enjoy their own area. There are shared spaces such as parking, the walking path to downtown and a green space below the cabin. The cabin has its own designated parking space marked as “Walnut Hill Parking”. *
