When you first walk in the front door, you will be welcomed by the view over the city through the large bay windows. The main floor hosts three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. You'll also find a large modern kitchen, dining area, gas fireplace, and access to the patio. Downstairs you will find another large living space, complete with table tennis and Pac-man arcade machine, full kitchen, and laundry room - not to mention two more bedrooms!

You'll love having your morning coffee outside on the terrace or enjoying dinner around the large fire table! This is a mountain retreat worth holding memories for years to come. Perfect for a large family or group of friends coming to relax in the mountains while also being close to town. In addition to the main home, you may rent the additional 1 bedroom cabin just steps away - inquire for details! There is an EV charging station (available 24 hours) by the Visitor’s Center- 2 minutes by car (0.3 miles) and a 5-minute walk from the house. **The driveway is a shared space with the Walnut Hill rental cabin. The main home can accommodate a maximum of 4 vehicles parked by the front railings. Please allow space for cabin guests to park in front of the designated cabin spot and still have room to back up and turn around.**
